I am the European champion and vice champion at the Fitness Challenge, my name is Elena Novac, I am 21 years old and Constanta is at home. I am a student at the Faculty of Physical Education and Sport specializing in Physiotherapy, and in parallel I work as a personal instructor, coordinating and supervising the training of exercise lovers. If it were necessary, to formulate the definition of sport, in my view, I would mention that sport is the antidote to mental and emotional discomfort by distracting attention from them and conferring a state of well-being. Well-being accompanied by sculpting of the body through physical activity make up a complete package.

Being an active person, my attention is focused on participating in various national and international competitions as a member of the team of the Romanian Bodybuilding and Fitness Federation. In these competitions, we obtained important awards:

World champion with the team of the Romanian Bodybuilding and Fitness Federation

My performance achieved up to the present time and the critical spirit that I possess towards myself make me wish for more, being aware of the fact that it is possible.
