Bianca Marcarov

Fitness Instructor

Being passionate about all types of exercising, Bianca graduated from the National University of Physical Education and Sports (in Romanian: Academia Nationala de Educatie Fizica si Sport ) majoring in Physical Therapy. She then completed a Master’s Programme in Nutrition and Body Remodelling and she pursued post-graduate courses in physical training, within the same university.

A former athlete with the athletics department of the Dinamo Sports Club in Bucharest, Bianca Marcarov excelled in speed races and she obtained various national and international medals and titles.  Among her most important achievements we can mention the following: she won the national juniors’ championship in the 60m and 200m races, in 2003, she won the title of Juniors’ Balkan Champion in the 4x100m relay race, in 2003 and she ranked first in the 100 m race in the Lebanon International Championships.

She first  came into contact with sports at a very young age and exercising has been a constant presence in her life, ever since. This later turned into a wonderful job – Group Fitness Instructor – which she started practicing in 2008. Over the years, she has accumulated various professional experiences, with instructors all over the world.

Conscious movement and dance courses, biodanza and reiki are among the activities she enjoys practicing in her spare time.
Bianca  is a former trainer of the Romanian Federation: Sports for Everybody (in Romanian: Federatia Romana Sportul Pentru Toti ); she is a SteelPrograms instructor in Romania, etc.

Over the years, she has been granted numerous certifications, both in Romania and abroad and she has been a presenter for various conventions organised in Bulgaria, Italy, Mexico, Romania.

She is currently teaching SteelJump courses and she is an Aerobic, Step, Dance, Rebound, Functional Training, Steel Tonic, Steel Training, Pilates, and Yoga  instructor (she graduated from the Yoga Alliance 200 H Hatha Yoga Teacher Training / DaanasanaSchool of Yoga).
Being open to a better knowledge of the human nature, and eager to develop her skills in this field, in 2016, Bianca focused her attention on the Faculty of Psychology.
