Alexandra Ojog

Athlete and personal fitness instructor

I am a mother, a CrossFit athlete, a personal trainer, but, first and foremost, I am a courageous and lucky woman due to the fact that I have realized and comprehended, at the same time, that all the events in my life, both good and those less pleasant, represent, at the end of the day, lessons for me to learn in order to become a better person, thus constantly evolving.

I am the mother of a wonderful 5 year and 9 months little boy and I can confess that having him has completely changed my life!
In order to offer my child a harmonious and tranquil environment, I have taken the decision, five years ago, to take full responsibility for his upbringing. This decision motivated me to focus my attention on practicing a sport.

The desire to become a healthy mother, both from a mental and physical point of view, in order to better educate my son in a beautiful and correct environment, has caused  my life to change, growing my day-to-day passion for practicing sports.

Due to a disciplined and well organized lifestyle, supported by healthy food, I have reached a stage where practicing sport meant achieving performance. Given the fact that I am a competitive, determined and ambitious person, I have started to take part in numerous national and international competitions.

The most important titles I have won, include the following:

️ Bronze Medal at the National Fitness and Body-building Championship 2015
️ First place at the Ultimate Smartfit Challenge (teams) 2015
️ First place at the Ultimate Smartfit Challenge, 3rd edition, 2016
️ Fittest Women in Romania 2017
️ Fittest Women in Romania 2018
️ 3rd place Romanian Throwdown 2017
️ 1st place Uzina Cup 2016
️ 1st place Uzina Cup 2017
️ 1st place Uzina Cup 2018
️ 3rd place Varna Throwdown 2018 (Elite)
️ 2nd place Varna Throwdown 2019 (Masters 35-39)
️ 3rd place Istanbul Throwdown 2019 (Masters 35-39)

The passion for sport and the desire to help people, guiding them to choose a healthy lifestyle, “pushed” me towards starting a new career as a fitness personal trainer.

The need for personal development, to understand the psychology of human beings, and the desire to improve communication with those around me, motivated me me to start the NLP (Neurolinguistics programming) courses.

I believe that a personal trainer has to have many skills, apart from the competences and certificates achieved by learning. Therefore, I like to be a good example thanks to the sum of all my actions, my moral and positive attitude, and from a physical perspective. I like to think that people consider me an inspiration!

Among the most important qualities that a trainer must have, I would point out the following: determination, discipline, strife, courage, perseverance, patience, moral fibre.

I believe that passion/passions and well established objectives, constitute a part of realizing the purpose of life! I am grateful for all the developments and occurrences in my life and to those who have helped me through!

My mottoes are the following:
 “Follow your dreams!”
“Nothing is impossible when you truly want it!”
