Steel Tonic
In this number, I will tell you about STEEL TONIC, one of the four STEEL concepts (alongside Steel Combat, Steel Training, and Steel Jump). It is a training program that focuses on increasing muscular endurance and toning the lower body (thighs, glutes), while also targeting the arms, back, and abdomen, providing a complete, balanced, and effective workout.
Well-being and motivation are ensured by carefully selected music, which plays a significant role in the STEEL TONIC class (the music is also 100% authorized, of high quality, provided by the American producer Yes! Fitness Music). The class structure, musical stimuli, and effects facilitate the instructor’s work, allowing them to have better communication with their clients while providing the desired training experience: intense, effective, fun, and safe.
Catchy music and well-organized, intelligent structuring make Steel Tonic a quickly popular class among fitness enthusiasts.
Continuous educational program
To enable instructors to offer the best to their clients, STEEL TONIC (as well as all STEEL programs) is based on continuous education. It is important for trainers to increase their professional level, expand and deepen their knowledge, and always provide new challenges to clients during training. In this regard, STEEL encourages instructors to participate in workshops and, especially, in STEEL PROGRAMS updates. Every three months, during an Update, instructors receive a new mix containing music and choreography for an exciting new class for their participants.
