Body maintenance and preparation for the beach: Exercises presented by Diana Pivniceru
Summer is considered the season of sunshine, vacation, and good mood. Surely you have planned for the approaching summer season a few days of relaxation by the sea or, as the case may be, by the ocean.
Regardless of the option, self-confidence is the key element to feeling good in your own skin.
Diana Pivniceru, a former high-performance athlete and national vice-champion in the 800m race, with seven years of experience in fitness and six national champion titles, twice absolute national champion, ranked 2nd at the international competition Tiger Classic, and winner of the 1st place at the Grand Prix International Pro Nutrition, comes to our aid by presenting a set of exercises for body maintenance and, at the same time, preparing the body for the beach.
Diana instills positivity in any circumstances and is the type of person who likes to motivate others through the power of her own example and achievements.
We asked Diana for some recommendations regarding exercises that prepare our bodies for the beach.
The following exercises can be incorporated into your routine 2 or 3 days a week, depending on the type of training performed: separate training (e.g., alternating upper body and lower body on different days, 4 times a week) or full-body training (training for the entire body on the same day, 2 or 3 times a week).
The set of exercises presented is not necessarily complete, and you should discuss with your trainer how to integrate these exercises into your weekly routine, adding cardio/aerobic exercises, HIIT or interval training, and stretching.
